Sales Development Manager


Salary:
£30,000pa + Monthly Commission


Home Working / Remote, Monday to Friday - 9am to 5:30pm

MUST have experience within the Automotive industry, parts / tooling (know how to talk to garages)


Netwirking Recruitment are working alongside an established, award-winning business who specialise within the Automotive industry and are searching for an experienced Sales Development Manager who is experienced in dealing in this sector to join them.

This role is fully remote / working from home.

Your main role will be to proactively sell the clients full portfolio of services mainly to garages.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Proactively research, identify and convert new business opportunities over the phone.
  • Build and maintain business relations.
  • Be able to identify and build relations with new and existing clients to build pipeline and meet sales targets.
  • Follow up on quotations, negotiate and close outstanding opportunities with the client.

  • An accomplished Sales professional with a proven track record within the automotive industry.
  • Excellent IT skills.
  • You will have a track record of working to and exceeding a sales target.
  • You will be a team player with ambition and a "hunter" mentality.
  • Ability to adapt according to the environment and the people that you may be selling to.
  • Be able to communicate and build successful working relationships with customers and colleagues.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a proactive work ethic.
  • Excellent written/verbal communication skills.
  • Be a positive and enthusiastic selfstarter.
  • Work well under pressure, able to prioritise and meet deadlines.
  • Have the desire to learn and continually improve your knowledge.
