Permanent Position

Salary:
£25,750k+ generous incentive package

Duties include:
client reservations, upselling, relationship building, database updates, effective communication and giving a high level of service to the client and the team

Requirements of the Reservations Consultant with French

Outstanding English communication skills
Bilingual French speaker
Experience of working in the luxury customer service or sales environment
Degree level education preferred but not essential
Able to work enthusiastically with other members of the Team
Strong Attention to Detail
Knowledge of hotel software highly desirable
Available for shift work including weekends
