Description
We are working with a well-known LONDON based university to recruit for a Reader Service team leader.

This is a full time 35 hours, permanent contract with a salary of £31,834. This position will be working on a Shift Pattern with regular weekend and evening work.


Shifts to include:
Monday -Friday 8am-4pm 12pm-8pm 3:30pm-11:30pm

Saturday 9:30am-5:30pm 3:30pm-11:30pm

Sunday 9:30am-5:30pm 3:30pm-11:30pm

You will work to ensure day-to-day delivery of a first-class service providing a seamless library experience. Ensuring users get efficient and effective access to the information they need. To lead a team of Reader Services and/or Collections Assistants in delivering consistently excellent standards for all library patrons.
