- Dealing withtelephone and face to face enquiries and providing high levels ofcustomer service at all times.
- Carrying outviewings and obtaining feedback.
- Supportingthe lettings team with administrative duties issuing terms ofbusiness to landlords carrying out any checks to comply withlegislation.
- Negotiating new tenancies withlandlords and tenants.
- Processing tenantreferences and right to rent checks.
- Preparingtenancy agreements issuing legal documents relating to the tenancyand ensuring that all safety certificates are in place prior tomove in.
- Working with the property managementteam ensuring that properties have been prepared for movein.
- Booking and arranginginventories
- Ensuring a smooth hand over ofkeys and that tenants have a positive experience during theapplication process.
- Excellent time management and organisationalskills.
- Strong administrative skills with anattention to detail especially when dealing with
- Strong written and verbal communicationskills.
- ARLA qualified or willing to worktowards an ARLA qualification.
- Experience ofworking in a fast paced busy environment.
- Apositive and adaptive attitude to help the team achieve theirgoals.
- Proactive and a desire to achieveresults.
- Full driving licenserequired.
- Fulltime 37.5 hours alternate Saturdays timegiven back in lieu
