We have an exciting and highly rewarding opportunity in Manchester City Centre for a Property and Business Negotiator with an established Estate Agency and Business Broker.

Immediate start is available but not essential.


Location:

Working from our high spec offices in Spinningfields, you will be right in the middle of Manchester's bustling business quarter.

Surrounded by great bars, restaurants, and nightlife. No need for a driving license or to travel to viewings on the road all day. This is done by the sellers directly.

We are looking for someone with a drive to win, passionate about property and estate agency, ready to broker the deal between buyers and sellers.

You will be money motivated, target driven, have a brilliant work ethic and great at building rapport with customers and clients over the phone.

In return, we are looking for experienced Estate Agents, Property Sales Negotiators or Business Sales Negotiators.

In order to be considered for this role, you will have strong telephone experience in dealing with 2 parties and brokering a deal.

Experience also considered includes Recruitment, Mortgage brokerage, or any other roles where negotiation is key.


The role will consist of:

  • Calling new clients who have enquired about a business through our website or by phone no cold calls.
  • Giving buyers all requested information about the property or business they are interested in.
  • Booking viewings between buyers and sellers
  • Obtaining appointment feedback
  • Negotiating a deal between the buyer and the seller
  • Discussing new businesses with actively looking buyers on our database.
  • Sending viewing reminders
  • Managing your own pool of clients

What we need:

  • Passion and determination
  • Selfmotivation and drive
  • Previous negotiation experience in property or similar (recruitment experience considered)
  • Money Motivation
  • Rapport building experience.

What we give:
- £21,000 - £25,000 depending on experience.

  • 28 days holiday pay including bank holidays.
- £300 per sale uncapped upon agreement of terms and deposit. No need to wait for completion.
