- Dealing with tenants and landlords
- Ensuring the business meets targets What we are looking for:
- A professional and personable individual
- A keen eye for detail
- The ability to manage communications
- Able to hold high levels of responsibility
- Strong IT skills, with an experience working with CRM's
- Strong customer service skills on all levels
- Must have a clean driving licence and access to a vehicle To be successful as a Lettings Manager you will have experience in a similar position position or covering similar duties, with excellent people skills. In return you will receive a Salary between £26,000 - £31,000 per annum, plus a bonus scheme, with a realistic OTE of £41,000, working Monday-Friday
