We are currently looking for an experienced and creative Social Media Manager and Content Creator to join our team. As part of this role, you will handle our social media presence, craft engaging content, and represent our brand through video advertisements and live video sessions. Directly collaborating with the Managing Director, you will utilize your skills and imagination to steer our social media strategy, boost brand recognition, and interact with our followers.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy in line with company objectives.
    • Create, curate, and oversee top-notch content on various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok.
    • Generate and participate in captivating video material, encompassing ads, live broadcasts, and promotional content.
    • Keep abreast of social media trends, tools, and apps, incorporating best practices to enhance our social media presence.
    • Analyze social media metrics to gauge campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics as required.
    • Collaborate with the wider team to synchronize social media initiatives with overall marketing goals.
    • Interact with the online community, address comments, and nurture positive engagements with followers.
    • Tackle and resolve technical issues related to content creation and social media platforms.
    • Stay updated on the newest digital marketing trends and technologies.

    Requirements

    Proven track record as a Social Media Manager, Content Creator, or similar position.

    Impressive portfolio demonstrating your capacity to develop engaging content and handle social media profiles effectively.

    Exceptional communication and presentation abilities, including the confidence to present in videos and live streams.

    Showcased creativity and a keen eye for visuals, along with the knack for generating innovative content concepts.

    Proficiency in social media management tools and video editing software.

    Thorough understanding of social media analytics and metrics.

    Capability to work autonomously, oversee multiple projects, and meet deadlines.

    Problem-solving skills and the aptitude to surmount obstacles and technical hurdles.

    Ambitious, self-assured, and proactive with a deep-seated interest in social media and digital marketing.
