TWC offer structured financing and risk mitigation solutions to our CIB and CCBSI corporate client base.

Client solutions include Receivables Finance & Purchase, Contract Monetization, Inventory Finance, Supply Chain Finance, Export Agency Finance, Trade Loans, Commercial Letters of Credit, Standby Letters of Credit and Guarantees.

Job Summary:


As the Trade & Working Capital Sales Associate you will support the Trade Sales team covering business development, management of client strategies, origination of profitable business aligned with these strategies, client advisory, portfolio management and Management Information System ( MIS) / issue resolution working closely with Business Management, Corporate Bankers, Credit, Operations, Trade and various internal business partners across Lines of Business and regions, as well as managing some clients.

Also the Trade Sales Associate is expected to work closely with the Global/EMEA Trade Sales Head on business strategy, client planning, Sales MIS, driving the key initiatives etc.


Job responsibilities:


  • Analyse client financials, peer group analysis etc to find the right solution fit for the clients. Prepare impactful, succinct & consultative content for client meetings and review with product partners, compliance etc. Work with the sales leads to prepare informal or formal responses to client requests (including Request for Proposal ( RFP) / Request for Information (RFI) responses, term sheets, and presentations).
  • Create new deals and keep the necessary platform updated throughout the deal life cycle, run the necessary return models and prepare necessary deal approval memos and other internal approval requirements.
  • Provide support on new Global Trade initiatives and ad hoc projects across the EMEA team as required.
  • Analysing & Leveraging client MIS & Data to identify areas of growth, under penetration to drive EMEA Trade Strategy & enhanced client calling and pipeline + client prioritization. Tracking and driving progress.
  • Working closely with Payments & other LOBs / Business Managers / partners driving the Trade strategy
  • Create value cases / value propositions and identify emerging / changing ecosystems, trends and flows and what the opportunities are for the business.
  • Assisting EMEA/Global TWC Sales head with Setting Agenda & Topics for Management Calls, coordinating regionally and globally, Delivering & Tracking on the follow ups, bringing the Trade Sales and EMEA Trade lens with Business Management Reviews for Senior Management

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Selfstarter with high energy and excellent communication skills
  • Advance knowledge of Microsoft Office and other tolls e.g. Bloomberg, Capital IQ
  • Logical, analytical and organized
  • Ability to meet deadlines and able to work under pressure
  • Being able to integrate in a diversified team and ability to work in a matrix organisation
  • Good attention to detail
  • Flexible, Proactive and willing to take up the challenges

Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:


  • Any additional language skills e.g. French, Italian, Spanish, German, Dutch, Arabic etc. will be a plus
