Purpose:

The main purpose of this role is to support Consultants to provide an exceptional client journey.


The role invokes building relationships with clients to ensure that they feel supported, whatever stage of their investment or financial advice journey they may be on, working closely with other teams.


Key responsibilities:


  • Providing or 12) support for Consultants.
  • Building relationship with Consultant's clients and keeping them updated of progress in any area in which we are supporting them with.
  • Overall responsibility for all client work from initial appointment to annual review, including:
  • Report writing
  • Packaging and business processing
  • Generating tax information for Consultant to review
  • Letters of authority
  • Withdrawals
  • Valuations
  • General queries
  • Weekly meetings to discuss workloads and any matters of attention.
  • Provision of pipeline updates on a weekly basis.
  • Liaising with team on work being undertaken or potential issues on cases for Joint Ventures.

Person specification:

Knowledge and experience

  • Experience in using standard MS office software products including Excel, Word and Outlook.
  • Experience of providing administrative support in a busy office environment.
  • Experience of providing excellent customer service,
  • Experience in report writing
  • Desirable.
  • Financial services experience.
  • Maintaining a good level of knowledge of the Centralised Investment Proposition.
  • Maintaining data on Intelligent Office (IO) system for all clients and reviewing Consultant's client records to ensure these are kept accurate and up to date.
  • Working with the Administration team to ensure that they are providing support where needed.
  • Skills

  • English and Maths GCSE at C or above, or equivalent.
  • Ability to prioritise and manage own workload.
  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing.
  • Have a key eye for detail and an exceptional level of accuracy when producing documents and inputting data.
  • Ability to understand and interpret complex information.

Job Types:
