We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Build team based in the Southern Region.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Build team, working closely with the Project Manager overseeing production.

Your day to day will include:

Manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
You will manage staff, and subcontract work packages, and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
Demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site

This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:

You have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
Proven experience on similar projects
Valid SMSTS
