We're looking for a Senior Site Manager to join our Build team based in the Southern Region.

Responsibilities


As a Senior Site Manager, you'll be working within the Build team, working closely with the Project Manager overseeing production.


Your day to day will include:

  • Manage delivery, ensuring work is completed safely, on time, within budget and to the quality required by the client.
  • You will manage staff, and subcontract work packages, and ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities
  • Demonstrate good financial knowledge and ensure safety at all times on site

Who are we looking for?
This role of Senior Site Manager is great for you if:

  • You have experience from a similar role within the construction industry
  • Proven experience on similar projects
  • Valid SMSTS
