    About the Role
    As a Business Analyst, your role is far from ordinary. You will be a key player in enhancing the operational efficiency of the business. Your primary focus will be on harnessing data to derive actionable insights for operational needs and decision-making support based on evidence.


    - Collaborate with business and insight team analysts to identify key questions and challenges
    - Partner with Data Engineers to establish necessary data pipelines
    - Engage with both technical and non-technical subject matter experts to drive design and development
    - Effectively present and demonstrate products to various audiences
    - Conduct training sessions to ensure user satisfaction and product usability
    - Assist in shaping process and strategy enhancements for our business and clients

    This full-time role is primarily based in Andover with hybrid remote work options.

    Agile work arrangements may be considered, adhering to fairness and consistency principles while meeting business requirements. We are open to discussing flexible work patterns during the interview stage, including part-time options, compressed hours, and job-sharing.

    Essential Requirements for Business Analysts:

    - Background experience in relevant fields such as Data Analyst, Data Engineer, Business Analyst, Data Scientist, or Software Developer
    - Proficiency in programming, scripting, or statistical tools (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
    - Strong interpersonal skills to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
    - Excellent organizational and time management abilities
    - Self-driven, enthusiastic, capable of working under pressure and meeting deadlines
    - Familiarity with Palantir Foundry or similar platforms (desirable but not mandatory)

    Qualifications for Business Analysts:

    - Ideally, a degree in relevant disciplines like data management, information systems, computer science, mathematics, or engineering
