Regular review of service delivery performance with clients
Taking corrective action whenever necessary to ensure service levels are met.
Customer satisfaction, quality, and governance of internal customer service
Managing costs
Building communities (internally and externally)
Managing engagement models onshore and offshore
Expertise in SAP, Microsoft apps, and PowerBI
Experience working with various delivery models (onshore/offshore/shared service centers, etc) at least five year's experience
Implementation of SLAs and KPIs, calculation methodology, and automated reporting
Ability to collaborate and manage teams with varying customer centricity values
