- Regular review of service delivery performance with clients
- Taking corrective action whenever necessary to ensure service levels are met.
- Customer satisfaction, quality, and governance of internal customer service
- Managing costs
- Building communities (internally and externally)
- Managing engagement models onshore and offshore
- Expertise in SAP, Microsoft apps, and PowerBI
- Experience working with various delivery models (onshore/offshore/shared service centers, etc) at least five year's experience
- Implementation of SLAs and KPIs, calculation methodology, and automated reporting
- Ability to collaborate and manage teams with varying customer centricity values
