  • Regular review of service delivery performance with clients
  • Taking corrective action whenever necessary to ensure service levels are met.
  • Customer satisfaction, quality, and governance of internal customer service
  • Managing costs
  • Building communities (internally and externally)
  • Managing engagement models onshore and offshore
  • Expertise in SAP, Microsoft apps, and PowerBI
  • Experience working with various delivery models (onshore/offshore/shared service centers, etc) at least five year's experience
  • Implementation of SLAs and KPIs, calculation methodology, and automated reporting
  • Ability to collaborate and manage teams with varying customer centricity values
