Are you an Administrator on top of your game? Here at our Paddock Wood, we're proud to be delivering customers our freshest bakery products direct to stores across the Kent County and beyond.

We have an exciting opportunity for a Depot Administrator to join our Distribution team at Paddock Wood, working 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday to Friday (potential for hours to flex around individual needs).

As part of the team you will form an integral part ofour family to enable our distribution teams to deliver our great quality products, however, you don't need to have a distribution background, as full training will be provided.

Key Accountabilities and Measures

You will support the Depot Manager and Distribution Team Managers, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed in a timely and accurate manner to meet internal and external customer needs.

The main responsibilities of the position include:

Debriefing our delivery drivers
Assisting managers in the day to day running of the distribution office
Minute taking (during investigations, disciplinary hearings etc
Driving Licence checks
Filing driver and fleet records
Raising Purchase Orders
Answering telephone queries
Ensuring supplies are managed (uniform, office and cleaning equipment, PPE and vending machine)
General administrative duties as required

Essential Ingredients

Excellent administrative and PC skills
Experience of cash reconciliation
Previous experience of agenda and minute taking
Organisational skills
Able to work on your own initiative
