Our valued client, based in Cardiff is seeking an enthusiastic Business Support Administrator to join their team and work closely with the Head of HR.

In this role you will be delivering excellent office, facilities, and administrative support to the team and visitors. This a permanent part time position that requires you to work onsite.


This position is a busy and hands on role, that requires you to manage several tasks and facing challenges head on and ensuring they are resolved.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is looking for a casual role.

This role is 18 hours per week with a salary of £10,845, pro rata (FTE:
£22,593)

Key Responsibilities:


  • Assisting with diary management.
  • Supporting meetings and events.
  • Manage purchase orders.
  • Overseeing the office and keeping up to date with supplies.
  • Conducting health and safety checks.
  • Offering business administrative support for the office and the team.

Essential:


  • Experience in a customer facing role.
  • Strong IT Skills.
  • Experienced in providing reports, working with data.
  • Ability to work with senior members of the team and independently.
