Honeycomb are delighted to be working in partnership with Danske Bank to recruit for a Programme Office Manager to lead the digitalisation of the Programme Office.
This role will offer great exposure and experience within the banking and financial sector, working in Danske Bank Head Office in Belfast City Centre.
The position will be a 5 day week between Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm and will operate a hybrid working model, initially a temporary contract which may lead to great opportunities within the bank.
The Client Danske Bank is one of the largest banks in Northern Ireland and aim to be the best bank in Northern Ireland for customers, colleagues, partners and society.
The Role As a Programme Office Manager, you will drive the pro-active co-ordination and execution of the Project Portfolio Plan, including playing a key role in PMO Change Control.
The role will also entail transformation of the Project Office Function and Project Management of allocated projects, producing reports and status analytics.
The Ideal Person for the role will have:
Understanding and application of all the core competencies of Project Management including: Project Definition, Project Planning & Tracking, Risk & Issue Management, Budget Management, Stakeholder Management & Organisational Implementation Experience of delivery of projects using both traditional Waterfall & Agile methodologies Experience of assessing and validating Business Cases / Project Change Requests Working knowledge of Confluence & Jira Desirable criteria Formal Project Management Qualification - Prince2 Foundation or PMP To speak in absolute confidence about this opportunity please send an up to date CV via the link provided or contact Abygail Forsythe at Honeycomb
