Description
Deal efficiently and effectively with enquiries from patients, all levels of medical and nursing staff, Consultants, GPs, Social Services and other health professionals and staff.
This may include dealing with difficult patients and difficult situations. To participate in team meetings. To ensure that the relevant patient documentation required by the department is kept in an efficient manner.To liaise with other departments/hospitals including Partial Bookings. To book hospital transport for patient/carers in accordance with the Trusts policies. Ability to use your own initiative and work under pressure.
