    As an Optimisation Manager at Sage, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing web conversions by harnessing the power of interactive lead magnets.

    #LI-SW1 Key Responsibilities Summary of your day-to-day?

    You will be responsible for creating, optimizing, and measuring the impact of interactive lead magnets, such as calculators, interactive demos, gamification tactics, quizzes, flipbooks, assessments and more, with the goal of driving customer acquisition and retention.

    You'll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies and deliver exceptional results. Minimum qualifications


    • Proven experience in web conversion optimization, with a focus on creating and optimizing interactive content
    • Strong understanding of the buyer journey
    • Strong brief creation skills
    • Solid project management skills
    • Proven experience in using analytics tools, preferably Optimizely, Google Analytics
