Are you currently working in HR, may be within an administrative role and looking for an opportunity to build on your existing HR knowledge in a role that offers CIPD study support?


At CIMPA, part of Sopra Steria, we are looking for an HR Admin/Co-ordinator to join the team on a permanent basis.

This is a newly created role within a fast-growing area of the business with a clear path for career progression.

What you will be doing
:


  • Recruitment including onboarding of new starters, updating employee files and supporting recruiting manager to ensure our quality processes are adhered to
  • Administering training information and liaising with senior managers and transnational colleagues to ensure monthly reporting requirements
  • Administering payroll information to payroll department for monthly changes
  • Support Agency Director in delivering HR strategy (align employment / training plan, provide detailed reports concerning agency staff and assist in the analysis of these reports, align organisation etc.)
  • Adhoc tasks to support Directors and senior management team including supporting reward, wellbeing, and employee engagement.
  • Working with General Manager to ensure compliance with all office health and safety and other statutory requirements
  • Performing general human resources office duties such as maintaining personal records, conduction of periodic personnel statistics, production of correspondence, administration for e.g., remuneration, maintaining personnel master data, maintaining contractualdocuments

What you'll bring
:


  • Experience of working in an office/business environment essential with experience of providing highquality administrative support
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, interpersonal skills and negotiating ability.
  • Able to work alone and use your initiative to pick up adhoc tasks with some degree of autonomy following guidance
  • A selfstarter that is organized and selfmotivated in managing personal time, goals and objectives
  • Able to work autonomously, recognising when support is required and seeking advice when necessary.

If would be great if you had
:


  • Previous experience of working in an HR environment
  • A basic understanding of best practice that you can use when contacting HR helpline which would to translate into all aspects of the role
  • A willingness to work toward a recognised HR qualification and to grow in the role to take on more responsibility and thus achieve a HRBP/ HR Manager role

Employment Type - Permanent, Full-time

Salary - £25-£31k plus bonus and study support

Location - Filton near Bristol with hybrid working options.

Security Clearance Level - eligible for SC


We operate a hybrid working principle, so the role could partially be worked from UK home as well as being delivered on Client and CIMPA sites, with regular visits to site as needed.

Travel may be required.
