    Description
    WE'RE ON THE HUNT FOR A DIGITAL MARKETING CONTENT CREATOR

    Working alongside our Digital Marketing Manager, you'll be instrumental in planning, shooting and posting authentic and engaging content for our forward-thinking clients.

    You'll be confident both in front of and behind the camera, and social savvy as you navigate brand campaigns and organic social activation for clients such as the UK's largest pub company, a global fresh pet food brand, and a safari park of epic proportions.


    Create scroll-stopping content for clients that are bang on trend – you know what's hot and what's not, and you can spot an emerging trend a mile off

    • You can interpret a brand's look and feel into tangible video content, using different techniques e.g. transitions, CapCut templates etc.
    • An algorithm master: you'll understand the complexities of each channel's pesky algorithms and will be able to tailor engaging content for different channels.
    • Content plan like a pro: you'll create engaging and exciting monthly plans for clients' social channels
    • Community manage and publish like it's your own
    • Although you will be used to creating your own content, you'll be able to brief a team of creatives when required.
    • Give a helping hand: you won't be shy in giving the rest of the team a little boost when needed
    • Keep the plates spinning: with multiple clients and projects on the go, your multi-tasking skills will be next level
    • Get your hands dirty: you'll be key in bringing ideas to the table for content – whether for a one off reactive trend-led video, or the a series of reels to engage audiences.
    • Craft (with a bit of help) social strategies: you'll support the wider team in delivering top tier proposals
    • Understand other digital channels, like search marketing, and how they fit into the wider marketing mix
    • Research that market: you'll have the knowhow in conducting market research both looking at a client's current strategy and analysing the competition
    • You'll have a couple of years' experience under your belt as a Content Creator or similar
    • You have a portfolio of content you've created for different clients (or your own social channels)
    • A basic understanding of Google Analytics and content scheduling software would be advantageous
    • Proficient in recording and editing videos for social media
    • Have a clean(ish), but full driving licence with access to a car
    • Flexiworking: 60:40(ish) in our swanky new office
    • Annual leave:
    o 25 days from day one, rising a day per year to a maximum of 30
