We are a collaborative and inclusive service, where your ideas and contributions will be valued and respected. By supporting important change initiatives for the council, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of the council.
What you will be doing

To jointly develop effective and sustainable change strategies that integrate well into our processes.
Lastly, you'll work with teams across the council to ensure that our change-related policies and guidance are current and effective.
About you
You are a highly organised people professional who thrives in delivering employee relations with an interest in change management. You will have a CPID level 5 qualification and/or relevant experience in an HR role, demonstrating your expertise in employee relations and change management alongside an understanding of relevant employment law.
As well as being a people management professional, you'll also be confident in working with digital methods to help drive efficiency in our change management practices as an organisation.
