Description

We are seeking experienced field sales consultants that have at least 2+ years in the industry of selling spray foam insulation + Properla exterior coating, and solar panels.

The ideal field sales consultant must be able to show us their previous track record of sales to be considered for this role.

This is a commission only role, OTE £50,000-£75,000

Are you a great seller?

This role will require you as a field sales representative to travel to our booked appointments, your role is to sell our product during this appointment.

Skills required:

Excellent interpersonal skills.
Previous sales experience minimum 2 years in the industry.
Full UK Driving License.
Problem solving skills.
Good initiative, and the ability to think of the spot.
Self driven and self motivated.
MUST HAVE YOUR OWN CAR

Responsibilities:

Conduct field sales activities by traveling to prebooked appointments with homeowners.
Utilize your sales expertise to effectively communicate the benefits of our energyefficient products, emphasizing how they can improve energy savings, comfort, and sustainability.
Build rapport with homeowners, understand their specific needs, and tailor your sales pitch accordingly.
Demonstrate a deep understanding of the features, advantages, and unique selling points of our products.
Utilize excellent interpersonal skills to establish trust and foster longterm customer relationships.
Present product options, pricing, and financing plans in a clear and compelling manner.
Use problemsolving skills to address potential objections or concerns and provide suitable solutions.
Demonstrate initiative and think on your feet to adapt to different selling situations.
Work well under pressure and meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
Maintain accurate records of appointments, sales activities, and customer interactions.
