The Dermatology Booking Team is looking for a friendly, caring and motivated individual, to provide an excellent service to our patients.

This is an exciting opportunity to work in this varied role. IT skills and attention to detail are essential.

You will require excellent communication skills and a dedication to provide an efficient and effective service.


This role will involve the booking of outpatient clinics, managing a waiting list, answering queries and working in accordance with Welsh Government RTT Guidelines.


This role will include the booking of outpatient clinics, managing a waiting list, taking and making calls, answering queries from both GP's & patients whilst working in accordance with Welsh Government RTT Guidelines.


The post-holder will be expected manage clinics, booking appointments using the Myrddin Patient Administration System utilising both direct and partial booking, and escalate any issues to their line manager.


There will also be responsibility for monitoring waiting lists & cancellations, and co-ordinating clinic utilisation, overseeing efficient & optimum clinic utilisation, highlighting any capacity issues.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; English and/or Welsh speakers are equally welcome to apply.
