We are looking for enthusiastic and proactive Senior Resourcing Advisors to join our team.

Bringing with you some previous experience of working in a large, fast paced recruitment function, you will be a forward thinking, innovative and courageous team player, committed to helping us achieve our ambition to become an 'Employer of Choice'.
These are rewarding roles where you can really make a difference and we will give you everything you need to progress in your HR career.

It's a really exciting time to join the Resource team as we set off on an improvement journey to support the trust with its ambitious recruitment plans.

We are looking for some talented individuals to join the team.

Main duties of the job

You will work as part of a dynamic Consultant Recruitment Team as we work to improve and streamline our Trust recruitment processes.

The post holders will be expected to work with a number of key stakeholders to ensure an effective and timely medical recruitment and resourcing service.

You will be flexible in your approach, in order to deal with set deadlines and varying workloads. We are looking for team players who are excellent communicators and able to organise and prioritise a busy workload.

You will be a real team player who supports colleagues and who thrives in a busy environment, with the ability to manage competing demands.

You will work with specialties and the Medical Workforce team, owning the end to end recruitment process for all medical roles and "troubleshoot" recruitment delays to ensure specialties have the staff they need to deliver first class patient care.

Working for our organisation

We work flexibly across the week and currently undertake a mixture of home and office based (hybrid) across our Trust.

NUH not only strive to deliver excellence in patient care, you will also be part of an organisation who truly cares about our People.

You will be given plenty of opportunities to grow and develop in your HR career including training and development throughout the year.

You will have access to lots of other benefits, including:

  • Generous holiday allowance,
  • Access to the NHS pension scheme,
  • Exciting range of exclusive staff wellbeing activities,
  • Cycle to work scheme,
  • NHS discounts and shopping vouchers,
We are happy to discuss working preferences with potential applicants.
