• Position : Specialist Chef de Partie - Italian Cuisine
• Employer : Premium Italian Restaurant in a stunning Scottish resort town location
• Location: Oban, Scotland
• Gross annual salary: £29,000
• Approx net monthly amount after taxes £1950 PLUS share of tips / service charge
• Incentives: Share of tips / service charge TBA
• Working hours /days: 40 + within a 5 day week
• Benefits & Entitlements: 28 days paid holiday (pro rata), income boosting incentives, employer's workplace pension
• Prospects: Salary review; recognition and reward for outstanding performance
• Subsidised accommodation - High quality own space, low rental inclusive of utilities

• Eligibility to live and work in UK
• High level skills and mastery in preparation of authentic Italian dishes
• Previous experience in this role as per UKVI Skilled Worker criteria (for non UK applicants)
• Resident within commutable distance of up to 1 hour
