    Description

    New Homes Sales Advisor:
    Our client is looking for a new member to add to there fast growing New Homes Division.

    Based in the HQ building in Oxford you will be working in a busy environment alongside the Residential Sales, Lettings, and Creative teams.

    This role requires minimum 12 months minimum experience selling New Homes (office or site-based).
    Office-based work dealing with the database, speaking with new buyers, negotiating and progressing sales.

    • Carrying out viewings on a range of New-Build homes
    • Working closely with the Creative Team to plan Marketing Schedules for developments
    • Building relationships with developers.
    The standard working hours will be 9:00am until 6:00pm Monday to Friday and 9:00am until 1:00pm on Saturday. You would be contracted to work Monday to Friday together with 1 in 2 weekends.
