As a Marketing Automation Specialist at IFS, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the Marketing Technology Manager in the planning, execution, and optimization of our Marketo platform.

You will be responsible for leveraging your Marketo expertise to design, implement, and maintain automated marketing workflows, data processing, Lifecycle and lead scoring systems to drive maximise the utility of the Marketo platform and associated systems.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Marketing Automation: Support the Marketing Technology manager with the design, configuration, and implementation of Marketo, ensuring it aligns with the company's goals and objectives. Design, build, and execute complex marketing automation systems and workflows using Marketo including attribution, lead scoring, lifecycle management and other critical data processing.
  • Data Management: Manage and cleanse Marketo data to ensure accuracy and consistency. Monitor data integration between Marketo and other platforms, including CRM systems. Play a pivotal role in data cleansing, and data quality initiatives within Marketo to ensure accurate and actionable marketing data.
  • Analytics and Reporting: Generate reports and dashboards to analyze system performance. Provide actionable insights and recommendations for system optimization.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the marketing team to align automation strategies with overall marketing goals.
  • Security and Compliance: Uphold data security and compliance with relevant regulations, including GDPR or CCPA, in all marketing technology activities. Implement best practices for data protection.
  • Training and Documentation: Provide training and create/maintain documentation for marketing teams on Marketo best practices, processes, and guidelines.
  • Continuous training: Stay current with industry trends and best practices related to marketing automation and Marketo.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, information technology, or a related field.
  • 3+ years proven experience in marketing technology, marketing automation, and CRM systems.
  • Proficiency in using marketing technology tools, such as Marketo, DemandBase, Outreach, various CRMs like HubSpot, Google Analytics, and more.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
