Unite Professionals Ltd is an independently owned multi award winning case management company. We have a national network of case managers coordinating the rehabilitation and care for individuals following catastrophic injury. Unite Professionals registered with the CQC in 2020 and are rated 'Good'.
We are looking for a Senior Care Coordinator to join our team.
Someone with the drive, experience and determination to develop this key role and contribute to our continued growth and development in the management of support provision for our individuals.
We are ideally looking for someone with at least a minimum of 2 years experience as a coordinator manager within a CQC registered setting.
The role is ideally suited to someone who has experience in the implementation and management of care for individuals with complex disability.
We are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, and the flexibility and agility to achieve positive outcomes for all individuals.
You will have strong organisational skills, have an eye for detail and be able to problem solve, working on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Importantly we are looking for someone who has a sound understanding of the Care Act and a good working understanding of the CQC regulatory frameworks in this area.
The Senior Care Coordinator will work closely with the Registered Manager and the Clinical Leads to support the case managers in the recruitment, training and management of teams of privately employed carers / support workers, developing person centred care plans, detailed risk assessment and ensure adherence to regulatory frameworks.
