- Being the face of the company when at a customer site carrying out a service
- Carrying out on-site service and maintenance on our client's machines
- Reporting on service activities carried out and keeping accurate time/fault logs on work done
- Experience in direct customer liaison
- Knowledge of modern machine tool operation, maintenance and building
- Qualified to use simple machine tools such as lathes and surface grinders
- Competent in their understanding of machine tool geometric errors and their correction
