About Our Client:

The client based in Abingdon is a leading supplier in the science and innovation industry with a global presence.

  • The Accounts Receivable Administrator will:
  • Produce invoices, statements upon Customer Requests and raise the AR credit notes (daily/weekly/monthly)
  • Upload invoices onto customer ecomm platforms and update work instructions
  • Work with other departments to resolve customer queries
  • Deal with customer enquiries via mail/phone
  • Raise Cases on SalesForce
  • Merp Order Account Lookup (Web-Orders)
  • Assist with ad hoc duties within the Team and general office admin

The Successful Applicant:


The Accounts Receivable Administrator will have/be:

  • Immediately available
  • Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks
  • Enjoy working on own initiative and as part of a team to deliver results, learn and share knowledge
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Feel comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally
  • Flexible attitude to cover work as required
