About Our Client:
The client based in Abingdon is a leading supplier in the science and innovation industry with a global presence.
- The Accounts Receivable Administrator will:
- Produce invoices, statements upon Customer Requests and raise the AR credit notes (daily/weekly/monthly)
- Upload invoices onto customer ecomm platforms and update work instructions
- Work with other departments to resolve customer queries
- Deal with customer enquiries via mail/phone
- Raise Cases on SalesForce
- Merp Order Account Lookup (Web-Orders)
- Assist with ad hoc duties within the Team and general office admin
The Successful Applicant:
The Accounts Receivable Administrator will have/be:
- Immediately available
- Excellent attention to detail, time management, and organisational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Ability to perform a wide variety of tasks
- Enjoy working on own initiative and as part of a team to deliver results, learn and share knowledge
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Feel comfortable working in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to build strong relationships cross functionally
- Flexible attitude to cover work as required
