JOB TITLE: Business Development Manager
POSITION: Permanent
REPORTING TO: GM – Pointer Fire
LOCATION: North of England/Hybrid

Role Overview:

Join us as a Business Development Manager to spearhead profitable installation and maintenance ventures for Pointer Fire across diverse industries in the North of England. Your focus? Selling compelling value propositions.

Key Responsibilities:

Client Growth: Enhance customer value and attract new clients, nurturing long-term relationships.
Territory Strategy: Craft and maintain a growth plan, engaging key individuals for each customer.
Sales Expansion: Identify and seize opportunities, crafting quotes, and driving proposals for clients.
Initiative Leadership: Plan and oversee innovative marketing strategies to elevate brand presence.
Collaboration: Support Branch managers with project reviews, driving joint Fire & Security opportunities.

Qualifications and Experience:

Industry Acumen: 5 years in the fire industry with a proven track record of success.
Expertise: Comprehensive knowledge of industry trends and company offerings.
Drive and Adaptability: Manage multiple accounts while actively seeking new opportunities.
Negotiation Skills: Understand client needs and adeptly navigate the negotiation process.
Technical Proficiency: Strong understanding of Fire Alarm and Fire Protection industry trends.
