The Role:

With your own area of responsibility, we'll depend on you to make sure it runs like clockwork. You'll be working at one of our largest sites in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Team Members are recognised key players in a small team within the operations environment.

You will have a basic engineering understanding to support the delivery of maximum efficiency with accountability and ownership to deliver the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in their Operational area(s).


Responsibilities & Accountabilities:


  • Operate lines at maximum efficiency to ensure all production plans are achieved on time and to quality standards
  • Support the hourly/daily/weekly performance reviews on the line ensuring correct downtime analysis is highlighted to Man Tech and action is taken in a timely manner
  • Ensure all KPIs are achieved eg. OEE, QRFT, Waste, Changeovers, Autonomous Maintenance
  • Effectively complete the maintenance tasks in respect of autonomous maintenance
  • Take ownership for own training plan with support from the Technician
  • Ensure right first time completion of all line documentation including Change control, Q Pulse and Maximo
