    Infotel UK is a reputable and dynamic technology consulting company, specializing in providing innovative IT solutions to businesses. We are currently looking for a skilled and experienced Business Analyst to join our team.

    As a Business Analyst at Infotel UK, you will play a vital role in understanding and analyzing our clients' business needs, and translating them into effective IT solutions.

    Please be aware this is hybrid position, 3 days in office and 2 days work from home however in the first 3 months you are required in the office full time.

    Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders, ensuring a clear understanding of their needs.
    Analyze and evaluate existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
    Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, testers, and project managers to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
    Conduct thorough testing and validation of new systems or functionalities to ensure they meet the business requirements.
    Provide support and guidance to end-users during the implementation and post-implementation phases.
    Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continually enhance business analysis processes.
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the IT industry.
    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business needs into technical requirements.
    Experience in gathering and documenting business requirements, functional specifications, and user stories.
    Knowledge of software development methodologies and frameworks.
    Familiarity with project management principles and practices.
    Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the IT industry.
    Knowledge of software development methodologies and project management principles.
