- Experience of working in a housing environment or recent demonstrable experience of frontline customer service.
- Good general IT skills including Microsoft Office applications and a willingness and aptitude to learn our in-house systems.
- Excellent record-keeping skills, ensuring that all information is clearly represented and accurately captured.
- A motivated and committed self-starter with strong organisational skills, with a passion to deliver innovative services.
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate information clearly and effectively with customers, colleagues, and a wide range of contractors, external agencies etc.
- Thinks practically and logically and produces high quality work, overcoming problems/issues to meet deadlines.

Permanent, Part Time (30 hours per week)
Located in Derby, the UK's most central city, Highgates is a Retirement Living Scheme consisting of 38 one bedroom flats.
Within your role, you will assist the Delivery Managers with the day-to-day operational management of this Independent Living Scheme, delivering an on-site housing management service that supports our residents to lead independent lives in a safe environment. We encourage Ageing Well and work with residents to be socially connected. Associated administration and planning are required to enable this.
You'll routinely carry out health & safety checks including building safety, fire safety and warden call system checks, to meet both compliance standards and to achieve consistently high customer service standards, identifying and managing risks to include safeguarding, taking accountability, and ensuring appropriate actions are taken and controls are in place to manage the risk.
