Alongside studying a Level 3 in Business Administration, this role will involve assisting in the administration and processes required to ensure supplier invoices for Winn Solicitors and On Hire are allocated correctly and in a timely manner allowing the Group Accounts Payable Clerks to process them.

Responsibilities
- As an
Apprentice Accounts Assistant, you will be responsible for reviewing mailboxes for supplier invoices and supplier set up requests - Scan, allocate and redirect supplier invoices for processing
- Process and keep up to date with engineer and estimate fee mailboxes
- Support other group department queries relating to supplier invoices

Skills and Experience
- Minimum of 5 GCSE's grades 4 or above (or equivalent) including Maths and English
- Ability to plan and prioritise
- High levels of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good Organisational skills and methodical approach
- Ability to work under own initiative
- Cooperative and flexible approach
- Ability to identify where problems may arise and adopt a solution focused approach
- Demonstrate effective communication and good interpersonal skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft packages
- Commitment to own personal development
