Join our small creative research centre as a highly organised, proactive, and data-driven Administrator, supporting our centre Director and founder.


In this role, you'll play a crucial part in the smooth operation of our centre by taking special responsibility for scheduling engagements and data.

Your meticulous approach will ensure that the Director's schedule and workflows are efficiently managed, allowing them to focus on preparing, attending, and reflecting on the outcomes of meetings.


You'll be an essential asset in supporting the Director and the Research Centre as they prepare for public meetings, events, and oversight boards.

Through direct communication with partners, stakeholders, and attendees, you'll facilitate and finalise all necessary arrangements.

Additionally, you'll provide the Director with comprehensive itineraries, briefs, agendas, and travel plans, empowering them to make the most of each opportunity.

Embrace your analytical skills and attention to detail as you attend meetings with the Director on occasion. By taking accurate minutes and tracking actions, you'll contribute to effective decision-making and follow-through. Furthermore, you'll take the lead in developing post-meeting reports, ensuring that agreed-upon actions are meticulously documented, tracked, and completed.


As part of our team, you'll also support various general administrative tasks, including maintaining office filing systems and data records.

Collaborating closely with the Centre's Project Coordinators, you'll actively contribute to general planning and office management, gaining valuable insights into our centre's programmes and activities.
