How you'll change it up
The Senior Wayleave Officer is responsible for overseeing all wayleave activities within the Rural Portfolio, ensuring timely execution while maximising efficiency and affordability.
What you'll bring to the role
This is an exciting opportunity to build a function from scratch where you will be developing policies, leading a team, managing budgets, and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
You'll also bring the following with you:
Previous experience in developing a sustainable outsource strategy for wayleave acquisition, ensuring that workstack fluidity and performance is maximised whilst costs are controlled. The ability to develop a robust and scalable wayleave resourcing model whilst blending internal resourcing and strategic supply chain management
