Head of Growth - FinTechPropel is partnering with a high-growth FinTech company to recruit a Head of Growth Marketing. Our client is a leading player in the FinTech industry, driven by a mission to support small businesses.

That's where you come in In this role, you will spearhead the company's acquisition strategy, reporting directly to the Co-Founder and leading a team of 3.
You will take ownership over acquisition and retention, in addition to the website.Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute digital performance marketing strategies (PPC/Display/Paid Social/Affiliates/SEO) to drive growth and achieve KPIs
Lead nurturing campaigns across multiple channels, including email, to engage and convert leads into customers.
Take ownership of the company website, ensuring usability, functionality, and performance optimisation.
Champion a consistent brand voice and messaging across all marketing channels.
Lead and mentor a team of 3 marketing professionals, providing guidance, support, and development opportunities.
Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.
Drive lead generation initiatives targeted at small businesses, leveraging expertise in performance marketing and growth marketing strategies.
Manage the marketing budget effectively, allocating resources based on strategic priorities and expected ROI.
Continuously evaluate and optimise marketing strategies, tactics, and processes to adapt to changing market dynamics and emerging trends.
Requirements:
Proven experience in marketing a Fintech SaaS or B2B Fintech startup or scaleup.
Deep experience in digital and performance marketing with an understanding of how to build and run the machine.
Experience in marketing to small businesses.
Experience in driving Paid Search and Paid Media.
Have managed a team and/or significant budgets.
Knowledge of running marketing databases, segmentation, and personalization.
Up to date with the latest trends in online marketing and measurement.
