    3 Months Interim Contract

    We have an exciting opportunity working with a Local Authority within London, the role itself will require you to represent the local authority at SEND hearings, working with approximately 25-30 cases.

    You will be reporting into the Tribunal manager, and be adept at working through mediation to resolves issues in order to secure positive outcomes for children and families within the SEND directorate.

    Able to advise the senior officers on the approach to individual cases.
    Local Authority experience in similar post

    Work with colleagues across the local area and in legal services to prepare tribunal documentation and ensure timescales are met for submission.

    Provide professional advice and guidance to colleagues and partner agencies supporting children and young people with SEND
