- Provide in-warranty repairs, technical support, and service to consumers
- Support trade and service partners on various electrical heating and renewable products
- Includes working with Electrical Heating Appliances, Heat Pumps, Renewables, Cylinders, etc.
- Proficient in electrical fault-finding
- Holds an Electrician qualification - 18th Edition
- Experience in fault-finding and the use of a multi-meter
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work
- Excellent communication skills to interact with the public and trade
- Ability to travel across the region with a full UK driving licence
- Knowledge of Plumbing or Unvented water systems
- Experience in HVAC, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration, or Heat Pumps
- Familiarity with F-Gas Refrigeration and Gas ACS CCN, HTR
- Background in Plumbing & Heating system design
- Experience with Heat Pump installation and fault-finding
- Monday to Friday schedule (no weekends or callouts)
- Up to £40,000 salary (depending on skills)
- Company vehicle with private use option
- 25 days holiday plus statutory holidays
