Provide secretarial and admin assistance, valuation reports, letters, brochures- Invoicing
- Sending out Terms of Business to clients and monitoring (Excel spreadsheet)
- Liaising with clients over brochures
- Answering phones, taking messages
- Ordering printed brochures after vendor approved and doing price inserts
- Doing ID checks
- Ordering of stationery
- Taking post
- Ensuring brochures and price lists are fully stocked in trays and prices are uptodate.
- Creating files and box files for new instructions
- Keeping window displays uptodate
- Booking viewings, appraisals etc
- Saturday cover from time to time
- Keeping records uptodate on sales, exchanges etc. Price changes on all documents, window cards etc.
- Registering new applicants
- Liaising with service companies, IT, photocopier, floorplan contractor
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Salary:
Up to £25,000.00 per year
