Role:
As a dedicated Employment Lawyer within this reputable practice, you will be at the forefront of providing expert legal advice on a wide spectrum of employment matters. Your days will be filled with engaging tasks ranging from advising on employment contracts and policies to navigating complex workplace disputes. You will also play a pivotal role in representing clients during tribunals and negotiations, ensuring their interests are robustly protected.
Skills & Experience:
Qualified Solicitor or Legal Executive with a minimum of 3 years PQE in employment law
Demonstrable experience in handling a variety of employment law cases
Strong analytical skills with the ability to provide clear and concise advice
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the capacity to negotiate and influence effectively
A commitment to maintaining high standards of client care and service
The ability to work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a team
