Our client is an established Law firm based in the heart of the West End.

Having just recruited a new Head of HR they are looking for a temporary HR advisor to support with this transition.


Reporting to the COO, this BAU HR role will involve supporting the business with all aspects of HR Generalist work, paying between £21 and £25 ph we expect this role to be a 3 month assignment.

Your duties will include

  • Business Partnering with all line managers on any ongoing ER matters and coaching to a successful outcome
  • HR Partnering related duties across all areas of HR including employment matters, performance management and the annual review process
  • Oversee the successful onboarding of new joiners in your client group(s) including checkins
  • Manage daytoday employee relations cases with appropriate guidance from
  • Lead the performance management, grievance and disciplinary investigations
  • Arrange and undertake exit interviews for employees including analysis of trend data
  • Manage leave of absence requests
  • Recruitment, work closely with all line managers on existing and new roles, place adverts, working with external partners, arrange interviews
  • Learning and Development, working closely with the business on all areas of new up coming courses that need to be attended and booking staff on ensuring 100% attendance

Ideal Person

  • You will have a proven background in hitting the ground running on all HR matters
  • Full HR Generalist experience across, ER, Employee lifecycle, Recruitment, L&D
  • Ideally have worked within a professional services business
  • Immediately available or on no more than a weeks' notice


  • PLEASE NOTE

  • This role is required to be office based 4 days pw and 1 day WFH due to the nature of the role
