Reed are proud to be able to bring to you a new role with our internationally renowned life science client, in their search for an experienced and inspiring
Sales and Account Executive within their
Cosmetics, Detergents, and HPH (Hygiene, Paper and Household) customer department.

Purpose of this role

  • To support and deliver business development activities including the management of incoming sales enquiries._

Snippet of required duties -:


  • To manage and develop identified customer accounts managing new enquiries, strengthening customer relationships, maintaining existing revenue streams and identifying new opportunities.
  • Respond and administer sales enquiries coming into the business primarily for the cosmetics and detergents categories
  • Where appropriate, turn these sales enquiries around including the raising of quotations and on
- boarding of new customers

  • Build strong relationships and understanding for allocated customer accounts to respond and manage incoming enquiries effectively and efficiency
  • Liaise with intercompany partners to establish and confirm schedules and test options
  • Ensure client project paperwork is returned and completed in a timely manner
  • Deliver and support the client / project handover between the sales and operational delivery team
  • Provide sales and administration support to the Business Development Manager as required for various aspects of business development
  • Track all enquiries and key customer data in a timely, efficient and organised manner.? Assist in highlighting trends and opportunities

About you:


  • You must have 2 years' experience in customer service account management role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office including MS Word, Excel & PPT.
  • Effective communication skills both written and oral.
  • High level of attention to detail.
  • To be able to communicate to different levels within the business and to gain the confidence of the client.
  • To be a selfstarter and manage own workload in a timely and effective manner.
  • Strong organisational, multitasking and time management skills.
