Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people with Autistic Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs? We are seeking a dedicated and resilient English Teacher to join our team in Bampton, Oxfordshire.
Responsibilities:
Provide high-quality English education to students with ASD and SEMH needs, helping them learn, develop their abilities, and raise their self-esteem.
Create engaging and inclusive lesson plans tailored to the diverse needs of students.Foster a supportive and nurturing learning environment that promotes academic and personal growth.
Collaborate with colleagues and external professionals to ensure holistic support for students.
Requirements:
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification.
Experience working with children and young people with ASD and SEMH needs preferred but not essential.
Resilience, patience, and dedication to supporting the unique needs of each student.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
