Working hours: Full Time
You need to have a minimum of level 3 NVQ in electrical installation, qualified to City & Guilds standard (18th Edition), have working knowledge of current 18th edition BS767- Edition two and qualified to City and Guilds 2391.
You will need the ability to undertake a range of planned and responsive maintenance works, repairing, replacing and maintaining properties to a high standard.
You must have technical skills to carry out work on electrical systems, with experience of domestic refurbishment and maintenance repairs.
You will be able to ensure the safe and proper use of all mechanical and non-mechanical plant and equipment under their direct control.
