    Position: Merchandising Admin Assistant

    Location: Hassocks, just outside of Brighton

    Full-time, Permanent, flexible working with mix of home and office

    Salary: £23,000-£25,000 depending on experience

    What We're Looking For:

    Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

    Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

    Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially excel

    A passion for merchandising and retail

    -Experience in a similar role is desirable but not essential

    Key Responsibilities:

    Assist in providing reports for daily, and weekly sales, must be confident to communicate this to the wider team

    Providing administrative support to the merchandising team

    Liaising with the field team and Retail Director to ensure store detail is communicated and requests are actioned.

    Generating reports and analysing sales and stock data

    Contributing innovative ideas to enhance merchandising strategies

    - Provide accurate information on sales, stock, intake, and store footage to the team
