    Time Recruitment Solutions is currently collaborating with a well-established technology company based in Knutsford. Our client, a global market leader with over 140 years of specialized knowledge in black and white photographic products, boasts a unique portfolio of equipment, facilities, and expertise. The company offers a comprehensive service range including contract coating, converting, warehousing, distribution, and ongoing advancements in silver halide technology through its R&D function.

    Job Description:

    To support our growth and regeneration strategy, we are seeking a Multi-Disciplined Facilities Maintenance Engineer. The role involves repairs to all aspects of the site infrastructure and buildings, such as structure, roadways, drainage systems, plumbing, and joinery. Additionally, you will identify the need for remedial and improvement work, collaborate with the Maintenance Group Manager on implementation programs, and liaise with production supervision regarding scope and timing.

    The ideal candidate will have:

    1. ONC , or equivalent, in an appropriate discipline
    2. Demonstrable experience in an industrial building repair environment
    3. Experience, ability, and manual dexterity for a wide range of civil works on site
    4. Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities
    5. Must have an unrestricted right to work in the UK
