HAYWARD HAWK is delighted to be recruiting for a leading law firm in Belfast city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for a Legal Bookkeeper to join a reputable and renowned law firm on a part time basis.


The role


As a Legal Bookkeeper you will play a critical role in the day to day running of the firm, looking after finance for the law firm and liaising with the external accountants.


The Duties

  • Bank reconciliations
  • Credit control
  • Assisting during internal auditing
  • Cash management
  • Responsibility for ledgers
  • General Bookkeeping and Accounts Management
  • Any other duties required to meet the needs of the business

The Person
To be considered for this position you will have:

  • Previous experience as a Legal Bookkeeper
  • Preferably an IATI/AAT or a bookkeeping qualification
  • Competent with IT systems and proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Excel, Word, and Outlook

Remuneration

  • Competitive Salary depending on experience

£25,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
