About The Role


Thirteen is a brand new contemporary British tasting menu restaurant opening in September, and we are looking for experienced front of house team members.

Full and part time positions are available.


This is a hands on role including ensuring the restaurant is organised for service, welcoming and caring for guests, serving food and drinks, cocktail preparation, barista duties, general cleaning tasks and maintaining overall customer satisfaction.


About You

  • Previous experience working in a hospitality, a fine dining restaurant is desirable
  • Basic knowledge of cocktails
  • Previous barista experience
  • Wine knowledge desirable, training will be available
  • Friendly, outgoing personality
  • Professional demeanor
  • Ability to use own initiative when required
  • Genuine interest in food and haute cuisine
  • Willingness to gain an understanding of the food served, including provenance of ingredients and cooking techniques
  • Personal license to serve alcohol is an advantage but not essential
  • Passionate about all things hospitality from professional service to customer care
