Are you a Private Client Solicitor looking for the next stage in your career at a Top Legal 200 multi-site firm known for its positive working culture and supportive environment?

My client is ranked in the top 100 best companies to work for and is known for its excellent standard of work. It is currently looking for a Private Client Solicitor to join its experienced close-knit team based at its Northampton office.

You will have a varied caseload of Private Client matters to include Wills, Trusts, LPAs, Estate Administration, Probate and Estate and Inheritance planning. You will be working closely with other members of your team, 6 of whom are STEP accredited.

On offer is a competitive salary in line with your experience, Private medical insurance, flexible working, life assurance, a company pension scheme, a bonus scheme, as well as two days of hybrid per week.

You will have at least 1 year working on your own caseload of private client matters, you will be an empathetic individual with a client centric approach in all that you do and will be able to work independently as well as part of a team. STEP accreditation is beneficial but not essential. My client would be keen to support and encourage those looking to become STEP accredited.
